I’m a management consultant with decades of experience, living in the Washington D.C. area. I provide consulting services to Federal agencies and their supporting industry partners.

I started my career as an IT programmer. I learned systems-thinking and other valuable analytical skills as a systems analyst. I’ve spent most of my career as management consultant. I deliver strategic planning, performance management, and change management services to Federal clients. I have a specific interest in knowledge management and learning in the workplace.
